Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager

to join our world-class B2B marketing team at

Fiery . In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the email channel, building out a nurture strategy, and optimizing and scaling our new marketing automation platform. This position is critical to elevating our customer engagement, lead nurturing, and email performance, supporting the broader business goals and contributing to our growth and demand generation.What You’ll Do:Develop and Implement Strategy:

Lead the development and execution of Fiery's email marketing strategy, focusing on nurturing, retention, and lead conversion for our Marketing Automation Platform.Email Campaign Management:

Develop, execute, and optimize acquisition and engagement email campaigns. Focus on increasing lead generation, nurturing prospects, and driving conversions for webinars, sales engagements, and other key initiatives.Email Calendar Ownership:

Develop, manage, and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and product launches.MOPs Collaboration:

Work closely with ops and web development teams to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and other digital platformsNurture Programs:

Build and optimize multi-touch nurture programs for various stages of the funnel, ensuring continuous engagement of leads and opportunities.Email Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure that emails are visually compelling and communicate the right messaging to the targeted audience.Performance Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.A/B Testing & Optimization:

Conduct regular A/B testing of subject lines, copy, creative, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversions.Database Management:

Manage email segmentation and ensure data hygiene across email lists for optimal campaign targeting.Ensure Compliance:

Stay up to date on best practices and compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to ensure that all email communications follow legal guidelines.Who You Are:Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams.A strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into action.Data-driven, always looking to optimize and improve campaign performance.Passionate about crafting personalized and engaging customer journeys.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Your Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.Proven experience building and scaling email nurture programs, including automation and personalization.Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Market, or similar tools.Strong understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and optimization techniques.Experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and reporting on key performance metrics.Experience managing an email marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with broader marketing goals.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus.Solid understanding of email marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.Desirable but not Mandatory:· Printing domain experience· Ability to work in a matrix environment· Comfortable with ambiguityWhat’s in it for you?· Opportunity to work in a Multinational Product Organization· Partner with and learn from seasoned professionals / leaders· Exposure to latest tech stack· Accelerated career growth· Flexible, hybrid work environment with a healthy work life balance· Culture of meritocracy, inclusion, empowerment and fun· Competitive pay and benefitsCompensation: The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $115,000 USD. Fiery considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
