Overview
Ensures course success by assisting in curriculum development and implementation; setting course goals and expectations; and ensuring all tasks are complete and resources, parts, tools, and materials are available to the Education staff. Responsibilities
Help other Instructors be their best and excel by mentoring and coaching; recommending training and development; monitoring instructor progress and outcomes; and providing technical expertise in specific area of focus.
Organize and deliver class objectives in a clear, concise manner; maintaining an orderly, controlled, and safe environment for our students in classrooms and labs.Ensure training aids, tools, and equipment are maintained and prepared for use in the classroom and lab.Supervise and hold students accountable while promoting learning, participation, motivation, and professionalism;Test, evaluate, and communicate performance and progress with students, supervisors, and other departments in a timely and accurate manner.Assist the Education Manager with oversight of daily operations of specific course.Maintain curriculum accuracy by keeping up-to-date on the industry.Ensures UTI is legitimate in our operations by following the compliance related responsibilities for this position in the supplemental document.Other duties as assigned

Education / ExperienceCampusEducation & Experience RequirementsMMI PhoenixHigh school diploma or equivalent; 3 years related work experience if a MMI graduate or 5 years related work experienceAvondale, Exton, Lisle, Long Beach, Norwood, Rancho Cucamonga, SacramentoHigh school diploma or equivalent; 5 years related work experience. ASE Certifications as required.

Worth, Houston, NASCAR Tech, Orlando, BloomfieldHigh school diploma or equivalent; 7 years related work experience (5 of which need to occur within the last 10 years).
