Identify and research potential clients and market segments, building a pipeline of high-quality leads.Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and customizing our solutions to align with their business goals.Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies that position Akalia’s consulting services as industry leaders.Proposal Development:

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients, articulating our value proposition.Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the consulting sector.Negotiation and Closing:

Lead negotiations and facilitate contract discussions to secure new business deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.CRM Management:

Update and maintain records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements and ensure seamless project handovers.Requirements:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Experience:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the consulting industry.Sales Skills:

Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve or exceed targets.Communication:
