About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, FP&A to lead a team of professionals in the areas of corporate and business segment financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value-added business analysis and financial insights to support informed decision-making. This role involves overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities, providing performance updates, and collaborating cross-functionally to prepare financial and operational performance analyses. The VP, FP&A will also be instrumental in the annual operating plan and long-range forecast process, as well as in setting budget targets and leading the business through the financial planning process. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience in corporate finance or planning, with at least 8-10 years' in a management role. A background in the software or SaaS industry is strongly preferred. The role requires excellent financial and operational acumen, proficiency in corporate finance and GAAP, and a proven track record in building and managing FP&A functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a public or private equity-backed company and a strong ability to create and build cross-functional business partnerships. A BA/BS in a related field is required, and an MBA is a plus. The VP, FP&A should be a strong leader, team player, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
