About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Sales Finance to serve as a strategic business partner to the President, Go to Market. This critical leadership role involves providing business support to the go-to-market organization and executives, including sales, marketing, relationship management, renewals, and SMB GTM. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis related to sales bookings and recurring revenue. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to the GTM leadership team, delivering financial storytelling on business results, and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate recurring revenue growth. The role also encompasses sales commission plan strategy and administration, as well as the evolution of financial and operational metrics and support tools. Applicants for the VP, Sales Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA or CPA preferred). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, particularly within a SaaS or recurring revenue business, and a proven track record of managing larger teams. Essential qualifications include experience as a finance strategic business partner to a C-Suite executive with revenue responsibility, exceptional financial storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
