San Jose, CA Full-time $120,000.00 - $180,000.00Posted 11/13/2024Project ManagerWe are a Bay Area GC specializing in TI, redevelopment, and design-build commercial projects in Northern California. Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing all aspects of project life cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all phases of the project.Oversee the design build process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management5+ years of commercial PM experienceStrong estimating skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.Familiarity with project management software and tools.BenefitsSalary: $120k - $180kMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePTO and Paid Holidays401(k) For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
