Corrugator Lead

Must have experience with all machinery in the Corrugated area as well as be able to work 2nd Shift 5pm-5am. Safety first and foremost in everything that is done. Ensure compliance with all safety rules and protocols. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols for the department. Excellence in performance for the department in meeting and exceeding departmental goals for safety, quality, and productivity. Lead and develop team members and recognize cross training opportunities. 5S familiarity to keep work center organized and efficient. Ability to be flexible to help in training needs, vacation coverage, and supervision coverage. Continuous improvement mindset to lead the department to new levels of performance. Demonstrate functionality in a team setting to help lead the team to success. Open minded to positive critique for self-development. Punctual and eager to take on the day\u2019s tasks. Flexibility to switch shifts when ample notice is given to help the department in critical areas. Ability to work on machines and in areas of the manufacturing floor when need arises. Realize this is a developmental role to advance in the company when the opportunity arises. Help maintain inventory levels of critical raw materials. Data entry and accuracy with KIWI Plan to ensure waste and production entries are captured correctly. Kiwi experience a plus. Familiarity with BHS, and Fosber components a plus.
