MercyOne Dubuque is in need of a Radiation Oncologist to cover sporadic ongoing coverage!Details:* Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day* No call* NOT a full time position . Provider will be providing sporadic coverage for potential future PTO coverage* Number of Physicians in Practice: 1* Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? No* Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults* Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 0-1* Trauma Level 2* Adult patients* EMR: Aria* Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy* Credentialing timeframe: 2 monthsSUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS* Board Certified* Active IA license or IMLC* COVID Vaccine* Local/within driving distance - HIGHLY PREFERRED
