Responsibilities:
Shift Length: This role is responsible for providing and managing direct patient care in the clinic, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population. Patient Volume: 6-8 pts/day Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech Trauma Level: IV
Qualifications/Requirements
License: Iowa DEA/CSR: DEA Required Board Certification: EM, FM and IM Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS Covid/Flu Vaccination: Covid vaccination is mandatory or exemption from Wapiti is required. A recent physical examination is also necessary, and we accept physicals completed by a Primary Care Physician (PCP) within the last four years or our provided form.
