Key Details:* Start Date: ASAP* End Date: Ongoing* Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (No Call)* Practice Setting: Outpatient* Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM* EMR System: EpicResponsibilities:* Patient Volume: The physician will be expected to see a minimum of 18 patients per day, including a mix of pediatric and adult patients. For Internal Medicine physicians, adult patients only will be considered.* Chronic Pain Management: Some chronic pain management is included in the scope of care.* Chart Closure: All charts must be closed within 72 hours of patient encounters to ensure compliance with facility standards.Qualifications:* Board Certification: Candidates must be Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board-Eligible candidates will also be considered if within five years of residency.* Required Certifications:* Basic Life Support (BLS)* Licensing Requirements: Candidates must hold an active California medical license.
