Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our
Occupational Therapist (OT)
position.
In-house program in a friendly slower paced community environment providing holistic care, including preventionSalary with 65-75% productivity benchmarksNo mandated group treatmentSpecialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUsState-of-the-art rehab gymsAbility to build relationships by following patients across a continuum of care through inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitnessClinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programsPositive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharingDue to our company being a non-profit organization, school loan forgiveness is available after 10 years!In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. There are exciting opportunities for therapists to grow professionally!
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Occupational TherapyValid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are renderedExperience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferredTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
