Tolling Business Analyst

Job Title: Tolling Business Analyst - Scrum Certified Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration: Long Term Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tolling Business Analyst with a strong background in Scrum certification, agile methodologies, and process development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tolling systems and experience in developing and implementing tolling solutions. This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing and maintaining documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tolling solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet tolling needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tolling solutions Develop and maintain detailed documentation of tolling processes, procedures, and systems Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of tolling solutions into Azure DevOps environment Participate in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure Agile methodology is followed Identify and document process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Strong background in Scrum certification (CSM or higher) and Agile methodologies Minimum 3 years of experience in tolling business analysis, process development, or a related field Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure-based development tools Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Experience with Azure-based development tools (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps) Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices Experience with testing methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing)
