We're seeking a talented
Executive Administrative Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.Meeting Coordination:
Prepare for meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.Project Management:
Assist with various projects, including report generation, presentations, and event planning.Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries.Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Administrative Tasks:
Manage expenses, maintain files, and provide general administrative support.Required Qualifications:
Proven Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.Technical Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.Bachelor's Degree:
Required.Preferred Qualifications:
Executive Support CertificationExperience with CRM and project management tools
