We are looking for a very strong SDET to join a new Financial Crimes squad that is being built. He or she will be focused on delivering the following:
Full-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of cloud native API technologies and test automation frameworksExpert-level knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promoting proper software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability and security, testable and maintainable software.A mindset of test-first development and a deep expertise in creating mocked unit and environment-agnostic integration tests, as well as experienced in modern test and mock frameworks and service virtualization tools. We believe in testing and that quality is everyones job.Extensive experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, TDD, automated security and quality testing, modern test and mock frameworks and service virtualization tools to rapidly deliver, measure, and iterate features to customers while minimizing risk using practices like A/B tests, blue-green deployments, and feature togglesProven experience with querying enterprise databases using SQLSupport the team in designing reliable, portable, accurate and trustworthy tests, and in integrating them into CI/CD pipelinesActive participation in the development process through writing and maintaining application features and automated tests including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, scenario tests and interoperability testsCollaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity and production healthExperience in mentoring and guiding software engineers in an agile environmentOwnership of the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results
Compensation: $50-60/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
