What will your job look like?

This is an onsite office position - 5 days per week at our Jersey City, NJ, office. Hours are 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri

Support key leaders (both internal and external clients, VP and C-level) vital to the growth and sustainability of Amdocs that includes managing calendars (Outlook), site meeting, interviews, and customer visits.Maintaining strong back-office support for management that includes arranging travel (and possible managing/tracking expenses and managing organization chart updates)Coordinate and plan material for staff meetings, including preparation of minutes.Arrange offsite meetings, conventions, conferences and seminars.Strong hands-on Microsoft Outlook experienceAssisting with internal projects (includes town hall meetings), coordinate and execute employee site events, company volunteer activities, etc.You will help welcome new employees, play a role with desk-side support as needed, handle office equipment needs and Outlook distribution lists.All you need is...

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; experience is essential!A minimum of 5 years practical business/administrative experience or equivalent.Proficiency in written and spoken business English and Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)A high degree of pro-activeness, positive/high-energy, self-sufficiency, self-starter, professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrityPhenomenal meeting planning, project management, and organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged, confidential and/or non-public information in an appropriate mannerProven ability to make decisions and recommendations for situations not falling clearly within established rules or guidelines as necessary as well as out-of-the-box thinkingWhy you will love this job:
