Business Analyst/ Scrum Master

Tasks: Organize team's work, understand the backlog Jira & ServiceNow (for incoming work) 4 Projects 1 team is heavily involved in that project Support team- works on enhancement requests Individual teams (3 groups) that support individual applications Project work & backlog for incoming requests This is accomplished by: Collect, examine, and shape requirements definition across a broad base of stakeholders to ensure all needs are identified, conceptualized, and documented Elicit requirements, document, analyze, and manage changes to gain agreement Support a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with third-party vendors, Architects, Engineers, Developers and Business Partners Responsible for the creation and/or updating of process documentation, knowledge articles, handbook, etc. Support Project Manager, including but not limited to raising RIDAC items Support all workstreams and serve as liaison between the business and technical solution providers throughout the project Support Workstream Owners by partnering with teams that are using the new processes to support ability and reinforcement. Support Workstream Owners in the creation of training materials, specifically communicating what's changing and how we will use the newly developed tool i.e. what are the steps to complete daily tasks. Participate and potentially facilitate Lunch & Learns Member of the agile team, participating in all sprint ceremonies Support external vendor to gather and refine business requirements Supports the Testing Lead and participates in all testing (QA, MTT, and UAT) while liaising between Workstream Owners, Project Manager, and external vendor teams.
