Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated temporary contact data validation associate to support our team. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for verifying and updating contact information by making phone calls and updating contact information in Microsoft excel to ensure accuracy and completeness. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining the quality and reliability of our customer data.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound phone calls to verify and update contact details.Accurately input and update contact information in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet based on the information gathered during phone calls.Identify and document discrepancies or inconsistencies in contact data.Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy while interacting with contacts to gather required information.Document and report progress on data validation tasks and provide regular updates on completed work.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Data Verification
Conduct outbound phone calls or other forms of communication to verify and update contact details and other data points.Cross-check data against source documents or other records to ensure accuracy.2.Data Entry
Accurately input and update verified contact information and other data into databases, spreadsheets, or other data management systems.Ensure data is entered in a consistent and standardized format.3.Discrepancy Identification
Identify and document discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors in the data.Flag and report any issues or anomalies for further investigation.4.Data Quality Maintenance:
Maintain a high level of data quality by performing regular audits and validation checks.Implement and follow data validation protocols and procedures.5.Reporting
Document and report progress on data validation tasks.Provide regular updates on completed work, highlighting any significant findings or issues.6.Professional Communication
Interact professionally and courteously with contacts while gathering required information.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data validation processes and findings.7.Documentation
Maintain detailed records of data validation activities.Prepare reports and documentation as needed to support data validation efforts.Requirements
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation tasks.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under time constraints.Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.Education and experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in data validation or a similar role preferred but not required.Duration: Approximately 2 months
Location: PFLOW INDUSTRIES - ONSITE
Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $19.00 HOURLY
