POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting all property technologies and providing first level support functions on all platforms including but not limited to:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Responsible for providing support functions on all platforms including but not limited to:Microsoft Windows OS server and workstation, MS Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Nutanix, AS/400 IBM iSeries and on all applications including but not limited to: LMS, CMS, Saflok, Aristocrat Oasis360, Agilysys InfoGenesis, Kaseya.Responsible for provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of network devices, and related infrastructure.Respond to telephone help calls and support ticket emails to ensure all client/user support calls and service requests are handled or escalated in a timely manner.Responsible for the level 1 support of the following network elements & associated infrastructure including routers, switches, hubs, Wi-Fi access points, serial-to-IP devices, network cabling (fiber and copper), uninterruptable Power Supplies, and all PC hardware support and operations.Possess the ability to do the necessary research and development to insure continual stability of the environment.Installs, terminates, maintains, and troubleshoots network cabling infrastructure including Moves, Adds, And Changes of any network or related equipment.Troubleshooting Network Hardware Problems and cable issues.On-call duty, responsible for first-level support after hours - rotates through the IT Team weekly.Evening and weekend work hours and availability are mandatory.Performs all other job-related duties as requested.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
High school diploma or GED requiredValid drivers' license requiredOne (1) year minimum in a technical support role.Basic knowledge of computer operations and user environments.Demonstrate beginning to intermediate technical skills in the primary platform of specialization.A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.Strong personal computing skills recommended.Excellent oral and written communication skillsMust be available to work in a 24 hour, 7 days a week environment.Must be available for schedule flexibility like swing and/or grave shifts.Willing to learn and be adaptableNeat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygienePreferred:
Two years computer operations support experience or educational equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a similar hotel or casino environment.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must be available to work in a 24 hour, 7 days a week environment.WORK CONDITIONS:
