.Responsibilities

Essential Duties:Attend to new admissions, medical clearances, and assess for medical stability. Clarify anyurgent medical issues with nursing.Assess and treat clients' medical conditions in need of medical care and treatment.Timely completion of documentation (may include assessments, treatment plans, progressand group notes, discharge summary) according to established standards.Work closely with other members of the treatment team.Attend and participate in required staff meetings and trainings.Share in the on-call duty responsibilities.Facilitate and assist with the infection prevention and control program throughout the facility.Implement the program by formulating, establishing, and evaluating policies and proceduresrelating to client care infection.Maintains excellent communications with other members of the clinical team, outpatient providers, and family members.If required by state law, performs services within a supervisory or collaborative environment, including maintaining requirements of Physician Supervision Agreements or Physician Collaboration Agreements.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications
