Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorder- Implement evidence-based interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for clients- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and terminology- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients, families, and team members- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder- Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods- Understanding of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
