Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will help adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your main tasks will include working with DABS and Group Home leadership and staff to assess clients' behavior, creating personalized treatment plans, training staff, and working with families and staff to support positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to understand clients' behaviors.Create and implement treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Provide direct therapy to clients using various ABA techniques.Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.Collect and analyze data to adjust treatment plans.Work with families and other professionals to ensure consistent support.Provide services in various settings, including homes and group homes.Follow ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and goals.Provide training to parents and staff.Keep detailed records and progress notes.Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Stay updated on research and best practices in ABA.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.BCBA certification.Experience in developing and implementing ABA therapy for autism and other developmental disorders.Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and modification principles.Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention plans.Experience in supervising and training RBTs and other ABA professionals.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with data collection and analysis.Understanding of ethical guidelines by the BACB.Ability to work collaboratively with a team.Current CPR or Basic Life Support certification.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.Must pass a criminal background check and Tuberculosis (TB) test.
$45 - $60 an hour
