Responsibilities Follow existing lab standard operating procedures to: Participate in sample collection of murine and human tissues, including the preparation of tubes, interfacing with in vivo scientists to retrieve samples, isolation of primary immune cells, and standard mammalian cell cultureParticipate in sample preparation of murine and human tissues, including tissue fixation, dissociation, sectioning, and antibody stainingGenerate spatial and single-cell data via a number of commercial workflows, including 10x Genomics and Parse TechnologiesInterpret quality control metrics for spatial, single-cell and cytometry experiments
Requirements MA + 3 years of experience in Biology, Immunology, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with standard immunoprofiling technologies, including Flow CytometrySingle-cell library preparation (ideally 10x Genomics or Parse Technology)Preparation and loading of Illumina sequencing librariesBonus: generation of spatial transcriptomics data (any technology)
3+ years of experience with primary immune cells, including Primary immune cell isolationMaintenance of immune cell linesCell culture and in vitro stimulation of primary immune cells
Bonus: experience with CRISPR mediated functional genomics, including electroporation of primary immune cells
