Description
- Leadership: Manage and inspire project teams to achieve performance excellence and foster a positive team culture.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to align construction operations with business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop project managers and teams, fostering a pipeline of future leaders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success on large-scale projects ($50M+)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement
