Job Title: Workday Integration EngineerLocation: RemoteTax Term (W2, C2C): W2Job Type (Permanent/Contract): Contract Duration: 12 months- possible for extensionKey Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements to design, develop, and deliver integrations. Create and manage calculated fields in Workday Reports, Business Processes, and Integrations. Develop Inbound and Outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Connectors. Leverage SOAP and REST APIs for integration development and troubleshooting. Create complex calculated fields for Action Events, Staffing Events, and Worker Business Objects. Manage integration components such as Eval, Route, Splitter, Aggregator in Workday Studio. Use Inbound Integrations to load and process data, resolving any integration issues. Monitor and resolve failed batch processing schedules. Standardize and clean data using XSLT, especially for ServiceNow integrations. Update Onboarding Business Processes to streamline data for compensation reviews. Build custom integrations to compute retirement eligibility hours for payroll using Workday Studio and XSLT. Automate processes like distributing employee agreements through Talent Pools and email notifications. Conduct thorough End-to-End testing for Workday Integrations during release updates. Perform peer reviews and quality checks of Unit Test cases.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Extensive experience in process design, requirements gathering, and technical configuration. Proficiency in at least two core Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Merit Cycle). Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM, with the ability to manage end-to-end process flows. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions independently. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a global environment, handling various stakeholders and projects. Demonstrated experience in supporting HR systems and initiatives.
