Workday Integration Consultant with 10+ years of experience with successful end-to-end implementations or support. Involved in development of new integrations involving EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Payroll integrations (PECI/PICOF) and supported existing integrations for defect fixing and new enhancements.Skills Required:
Workday Integration Expertise in EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF), Knowledge on using APIKnowledge of Web service-related topics (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).Experience with XML/XSLT and Java will be helpful.Experience in creating detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.Experience with the various technologies involved in SOA development (XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc.)General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (Core HCM/Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent & Performance management/ Absence Management/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ Payroll/Benefits/Compensation)Experience in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Custom Reports (Advanced, BIRT)Must have a problem-solving attitude.Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.Good written & oral communication skills & strong team playerStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.Workday Certifications in Integration is good to have
Responsibilities:
Gather Business requirements and configure various workday integrations.Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in the Configuration solutions and Integration TestingAnalyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary.
