Job Title: US-Cleveland-Fabricator I-1st shift

What You'll Do

Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment.

Perform job duties in a manner that follows Client's Quality standards and systems.

Assemble products using various types of equipment.

Use hand tools, small power tools, or other special equipment to assemble products.

Interpret orders and drawings to determine procedures and conduct work according to drawing specifications.

Conduct inspection of parts and quality checks using a variety of measuring tools.

Perform rework operations as required.

Replenish inventory of fabrication department.

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas using Client's 5S procedures.

Train employees new to the Fabricator I role.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand throughout working shift and work overtime as needed.

Utilize various tools and equipment to assemble products accurately.

Interpret orders and drawings to guide assembly procedures.

Conduct quality checks and inspections using precision measuring tools.

Perform rework operations and replenish inventory as necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.

Provide training and support to new employees in the Fabricator I role.

Required Qualifications

Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand throughout working shift.

Compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Proficiency in using hand tools, small power tools, and other equipment.

Interpretation skills for orders and drawings.

Attention to detail for quality checks and inspections.

Capacity for performing rework operations.

Capability to replenish inventory as required.

Willingness to maintain cleanliness according to 5S procedures.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing.

Familiarity with Client's quality standards and systems.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Adaptability to work overtime as needed.
