We have an excellent opportunity for a Proposal Coordinator to join the team in a full-time, onsite role.Summary
The Proposal Coordinator (PC) provides coordination of the proposal process from initial client engagement to final disposition of the project. The PC coordinates the efforts of all proposal participants, implements proposal processes, provides input to and manages proposal schedules, deadlines, and progress monitoring. Assists in the development of proposal budgets. Partners with the assigned Proposal Manager to carry out the proposal plan, outline and compliance checklist and advises appropriate co-managers regarding the need for proposal staffing and other resources. Oversees the coordination of all proposal activities. Unless specifically requested, the Proposal Coordinator typically has only coordination involvement in the Commercial aspects of the Proposal Contracts/Cost/Price Proposal.
The Proposal Coordinator helps develop and maintain marketing and sales materials, standard and client specific qualification material and presentations, and generic proposal materials.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development Manager and Vice President in the coordination and execution of proposal and qualification development.
Must have a clear understanding of Business Development Policies and Procedures.
Preparation and organization for the development of experience summaries for use in proposal and qualification efforts.
Preparation and organization of presentation modules.
With the assistance of Business Development Manager, coordinate and manage the development of proposal 'go-bys' for use in standardizing PegasusTSI's proposal effort.
Review and ensure all Business Development and Marketing tools are in compliance with latest templates, layouts, designs and company branding standards.
Organize and manage the creation and updating of company resumes for use in proposal.
Contract and Purchase Order Administration.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
Prior experience with the proposal development process engineering or construction environments; a minimum of 3 years of experience is required
Ability to multi-task and work effectively, both independently and in teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments
Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage and meet deadlines
High attention to detail
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Solid commitment to corporate quality standards
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly motivated
Technically savvy (MS Suite, Google Suite, PowerPoint)
High School diploma or equivalent
