Systems Administrator - Internal IT

As a Systems Administrator on the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, provisioning new assets, installation/configuration and support of physical and virtual systems, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This position offers you an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.Pay Scale: $60,000 - $89,000 depending on experienceYou Will:Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and networking problemsInstall and configure computers, operating system, hardware, software, and peripheral devicesBuild, configure and maintain on-premises and cloud-based datacenter infrastructureUpgrade and configure system software and add new services as necessaryApply OS patches and updates on a regular basis, upgrade administrative tools and utilities as well as day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the established computer systems company-wideSchedule and maintain system backups and database archive operations to ensure data/media recoverabilityEnsures workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutionsConduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelinesUpdate and maintain our IT inventory

You Have:An Associate degree in Information Technology, or related technical field or equivalent experienceExperience with PC based workstations and laptopsThe ability to multi-task and work independentlyA desire to support end-users and handle related support responsibilitiesInterpersonal and communication skills to handle internal stakeholder requests
