We're looking for an experienced digital media professional to bring to life innovative media executions with data-backed business results. Reporting into the Sr Manager, Paid Social, you'll be responsible for working with a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists to ensure success for a portfolio of awareness, consideration, and conversion activations through the entire lifecycle of planning, execution, and optimization. Your focus will be on crafting a strategic direction for the paid social strategy of 1-2 Lines of Business (LOBs), while maintaining a pulse on the performance of your campaigns through ongoing analysis and collaboration with team members. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within paid social platforms and a well-developed understanding of the underlying auction dynamics. WHAT YOU'LL DO IN YOUR ROLE Oversee T-Mobile's paid social campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X Work closely with fellow activation team members on defined planning, campaign activation, QA, optimization, and reporting processes Refine and iterate on the established standard methodologies for campaign management, optimization, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, vendor/partner management, audience strategies, and test and learn agendas Present campaign findings and recommendations to key collaborators THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist should have the following requisite qualifications: 4-7 years of digital marketing experience in paid social buying whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaigns including planning, campaign setup, QA, ongoing optimization, and reporting A sophisticated understanding of the paid social landscape, including recent inventory and attribution trends A strong test and learn attitude, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to make strategic recommendations Experience in managing multiple campaigns across a range of products, goals, and target audiences Domain expertise in Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Reddit, or TikTok Comfortability multi-tasking and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment Desired Qualifications Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover, and test new ideas Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF formulas Four-year college degree preferred * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Base Pay Range: $76,200 - $137,400 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
