Reference #: 9307286 To assist in the administration, organization, and coordination of the oncology infusion center with primary support to the Practice Manager. The position includes, but is not limited to the following essential functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Coordinate Medical Oncology Operations Meetings and handle projects as required by administration. Maintain Department Internet Portal and handle all IT/IS requests and maintenance Composes and types routine letters and memoranda. Routes or answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisorrsquo;s attention. Prepares special reports, gathering and summarizing data. Creates spreadsheets as needed Check patient areas throughout the day to ensure the front desk operations have everything they need to ensure patient satisfaction Manage OICrsquo;s Accounts Payable procedures: handle reimbursement and travel expenses, Facilitates travel arrangements, accommodations and reimbursements. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital. EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent; BS or associates degree preferred. Knowledge of software: PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Three or more yearsrsquo; experience in an office setting with excellent writing and decision-making skills; interpersonal communication and organizational skills; and excellent computer skills with knowledge of word processing programs is required. Candidate must have an understanding of the operations of the Department as well as the functions of the Hospital, College, Jefferson University Physicians and procedures to effectively assist the Administrator.
