One Family.Purpose StatementThe Sales Enablement Analyst will support the Sales Effectiveness CoE by contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of analytic capabilities that enable us to measure, evaluate, and optimize sales enablement efforts within the organization. The Sales Enablement Analystwill work cross-functionally and across geographies to support the development of new and existing capabilities, with a focus on customer-facing processes and technology implementation and adoption, metric and KPI definition, and advanced analytics and AI execution.This position can be worked remotely.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesData Collection, Analysis, and Visualization:* Gather relevant data from various sources within the organization, including Salesforce, Power BI and other technologies and platforms, including sales engagement data, process and technology adoption usage, Sales Effectiveness metrics, etc.* Visualize and analyze data using reports and dashboards and other various techniques to identify patterns and trends; extract and communicate meaningful insightsPerformance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:* Measure the performance of sales effectiveness initiatives against key performance indicators and benchmarks, including new process and technology implementation, learning and development efforts, etc.* Monitor performance metrics, assess the impact of changes implemented based on their recommendations, and iterate on strategies to further enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.* Based on the insights gathered from data analysis, make recommendations for optimizing sales enablement strategies and initiativesAdvanced Analytics Enablement:* Measure effectiveness of new AI capabilities and other new feature implementation* Identify the right data variables and patterns needed to build effective predictive models* Ensure data required for AI is complete and accurate, and identify any risks or opportunities associated with data quality and governance.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data & Analytics or related field preferred but NOT required* Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in data-driven role within a Sales or Marketing function* Experience in Foodservice or Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus.* Technically savvy* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (formulas, subtotaling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint* Experience using a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)* Experience using advanced analytics platforms and products a plus* Critical thinker; passionate about solving problems with data* Curious about new techniques, processes and approaches* Strong attention to detail* Adaptable Fast learner; able to adapt to change Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and flourish in a fast-paced environment* Ability to navigate through ambiguity and make recommendations with limited information* Proficient in Agile methodology a plus* Collaborative* Exceptional project management skills and cross-functional team leadership* Ability to work independently and with others in a collaborative environment Strong Communicator* Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Solid written and verbal communication skills including solid presentation skills* Proven ability to influence others to drive change & business outcomes#LI-SS1#earlycareersCOMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
