Purpose Statement
The Global Product Owner is responsible for building and enhancing the planning toolset. They will drive the vision and strategy of Global BlueYonder implementation and ensure consistent value creation throughout the delivery process. They are responsible for ensuring all stakeholders have visibility of progress and that requirements are being met on both what has been implemented but also future roadmap on the global rollout.
The right candidate is a strategic thinker with the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs and priorities. They need to understand end-to-end supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, fulfillment planning, production planning and scheduling and material requirements planning. Prior experience with the BlueYonder Technology is a major advantage. This position will lead all Planning COE's and identify opportunities to improve productivity and align with BlueYonder on enhancements and roadmap. They will also align with all transformational project leaders to ensure connectivity. The candidate must possess the ability to rapidly earn trust with both stakeholders and team members and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
o Drives Blue Yonder solutions and technical support for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment Planning, Sequencing and Inventory Optimization
o Ensures connectivity of process and application with upstream and downstream functions (Marketing, Sales, Demand, Fulfillment, etc.)
o Participates in recurring Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, daily standups, sprint demos, backlog refinement etc.
o Responsible to develop and execute Governance meetings to ensure technology / adoption are proactively being reviewed.
o Manages Planning COE roles to ensure best practices, prioritization of enhancements, ongoing education, shared learnings etc.
o Delivers on-time, on-budget, on-quality product
o Establishes KPIs for planning team, in concert with organizational goals and develop optimization levers to provide clarity to planners on expected outcomes and actionable roadmaps.
o Performs regular assessment of the end-to-end supply chain planning process for effectiveness, productivity and resilience and drive continuous improvement.
o Manages talent within the team and develop their competencies and career growth plan.
o Establishes a high-performance culture of accountability (clear targets and expectations), transparency, collaboration and continuous learning. Identify opportunities and avenues for team to learn and expand their skillset.
o Participates in industry, supply chain and technology forums and bring best practices around end-to-end supply chain planning, planning strategy, industry trends and share lessons with the team.
o Evaluates new technology features and opportunities, and develops implementation plans to deliver new capabilities that enhance user experience and incremental business value'.

COMPENSATION

$145,008.45 - $217,512.67
