Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and receipts.Prepare and execute payments to vendors (checks, ACH, etc.).Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure proper account coding.Assist with month-end close and support audits as needed.Requirements:
3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.A bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferredProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
