CYBERSECURITY MANAGER

Location: Raleigh, NC

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CYBERSECURITY MANAGERProvides IAM design guidance (people, process, and technology) as well as operational and policy direction to diverse teams including IT, Plant Operations (OT), Auditors, Customers, and Vendors.Researches, evaluates, recommends, designs, and implements IT security solutions related to Identity and Access ManagementEnables automation associated with access provisioningAdministers a variety of IAM technology including password vaults, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, access recertification, and digital certificates.Conducts recurring access review and recertificationReviews and approves policy exceptionsPerforms internal compliance and best practices assessmentsManaging operations, projects, and security incidents simultaneouslyPositively influence others without use of authorityContinuous process improvement based on lessons learned and best practicesProject ManagementIT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) analysisStrong collaboration skills and comfortable working in a team environmentAbility to manage stressful situations associated with cyber-attackInfluence IT and Business customers regarding security, compliance, and riskCredibly communicate cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical audiencePerform all other duties and projects as assignedREQUIRED FOR THE CYBERSECURITY MANAGER

B.S. degree (required) or M.S. degree (desired) in computer science or information technologyRelevant IT and security certifications including CISSP, CISM, GCIH, and GSLC11 - 15 years of related experience with Security, Audit, or other relative system experience3 -5 years implementing and administering IAM technology such as SAP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SailPoint, RSA, CyberArk, etc..3 - 5 years of related experience leading IT or Security teamsPREFERRED FOR THE CYBERSECURITY MANAGER

Deep understanding and implementation of security best principles (e.g., Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties, RBAC, etc.) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS, COBIT, OWASP, etc.)Expert knowledge of relevant security domains and common security controlsCybersecurity and IT Operations ManagementIT Service Delivery SupervisionIdentity lifecycle managementCreating and renewing Digital CertificatesFamiliarity with ServiceNow or similar IT ticket management systemVendor selection and management
