SUMMARY:
This position works as part of a team within the Tooling Department team, by assembling tools to meet customer
specifications in a quick, yet efficient manner using SPC tools and other resources available.

Range : $22.00 - $28.00/hour
What Sucess Looks Like:
Deburr, polish and assemble parts for calibrator and spray tanks.Disassemble, touch-up and reassemble revised or reworked tooling.File and hand polish lead-ins on calibrator and spray tank plates.Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair and reassemble tooling after production testing run.Set up die, heater bands, machine temperatures and downstream for testing or production.Diagnose and corrects problem encountered running tooling online.What You Bring:
2 years of previous experience working in an industrial manufacturing machine shop environment.Intermediate experience with equipment operation, such as band saw, belt grinder, bench grinder, power hand tools, precision measuring equipment.Intermediate experience setting-up Die/Calibration systems for operation.Good computer proficiency with the ability to competently navigate a variety of systems and databases.Good attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.Safety focus with the willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and practices
