Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), a leading financial provider rooted in central Indiana, is seeking a qualified individual to join its Information Systems Department. At a minimum, applicants should be well versed in VMWare, M365 administration and security, Windows, and infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to IMCU's branches and back office departments.Assist in the administration of M365, including Entra, Intune, Outlook and related apps.Assist in the review and design of system security to mitigate the risk of security breaches.Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for new processes, resulting in greater efficiencies.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredThree (3) years of experience working in a similar capacityWorking knowledge of the following technologies:

VMWareWindows Enterprise Servers and WorkstationsAndroid, iOS/iPadOS (BYOD as well as Corporate Owned devices)Proficient in Powershell scripting and automationExperience with Microsoft Graph API and other APIs for system integrationFamiliarity with SSO solutions and conditional access policiesMicrosoft M365, including Entra, Intune and Mobile Device ManagementCloud-Based EnvironmentsStrong understanding of RBAC and its implementation in cloud environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible to work evenings and weekends when necessary
