Overview

The Provider Talent Acquisition Manager provides strategic staffing support to the Clinical and Operations leadership teams helping to proactively staff current and future provider openings. As a member of the HR team, this position is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for pediatric dentists, orthodontists and general dentists for Chord Specialty Dental Partners organization wide. The Provider Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:Post requisitions and update applicant status accurately and timely using the applicant tracking system, iCIMSSource and screen candidates using recruitment tools and techniques.Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future staffing needs.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clinical and operations leadership teamIdentify opportunities to build and foster relationships with dental colleges, universities and residency programs across the US.Provides ongoing communication and timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.Coordinate and facilitate virtual and in-person educational events (i.e. Lunch and Learns, dinners) with students to foster and nurture relationships for the purpose of attracting talent.Attend dental industry hiring events and conferences to market the employer brand and attract talent and assist in the implementation of recruitment initiatives.Use social media tools and resources to market and attract talent.Maintain accurate and up to date recruitment data and metrics to track pipelines, job offers and new hires.Partner with in-house counsel to draft accurate employment agreements.Extend job offers and negotiate employment agreements.Partner with credentialing and HR to onboard new hires.Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee records - including all employee conversations and events.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or combination of related education and experience preferred5+ years of recruiting or sales experience, preferably in dental or healthcareProven ability to negotiate agreements that result in a mutually positive outcomeExperience with full cycle recruitment in midsize organizations, highly preferredIntermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking SystemsSelf-starter with an ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision under strict deadlines and tracked metricsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all team members at various levelsExcellent presentation and public speaking skillsGreat attitude, high energy, and willingness to work independently to meet important deadlinesExhibit a strong work ethic with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and business resultsAbility to travel up to 30% including overnight and weekend stays
