Okay to submit if not within a dedicated Childrens facility.Required2+ years of CVPICU/CTICU experience leading up to assignmentPEDS Cardiac experience - MUST be cardiac trainedHeart transplant experienceWilling to float between unitsExperience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretationFlu shotFloating is infrequent but could happen based on clinicians acuity level to the following units: PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit. They have, on rare occasion, floated to Bernardy Center.Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. For night shift it is any combination of Fri/Sat nights and for day shift it is Sat/Sun.Requested Time Off: 3 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week) )*Self scheduling!Unit Summary: 30-37 beds. Seeing post op cardiac surgical care, cardiology patients, complex congenital patients, acquired heart disease patients, heart transplantation, VAD’s and ECMO.
