Our Tulsa team is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for managing the flooring installation for new construction builds in the Tulsa area. The ideal candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service, possess problem resolution skills and have significant flooring installation experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the flooring & tile installation process from assigning installers, first inspection of home to final walk through.Coordinates and facilitates the process of identifying and scheduling appropriate resources, ordering replacement products, and taking other steps necessary to successfully resolve customer concerns.Identify solutions and make decisions required to effectively and quickly solve problems to ensure deliver of an on-schedule & quality installation.Manage expectations and constraints regarding requests, timing, availability, etc.Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure work quality standards are being met.Monitor multiple projects, change course direction quickly, while still maintaining on-time, quality work product.Load out installers and assist in warehouse operations.Requirements
Previous construction project managementExtensive knowledge and experience installing flooring & tile productsDemonstrate high attention to detail, solid organizational, and effective communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer and software skills to include Microsoft and ability to learn internal software programsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordPreferred Experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
