The Information Systems Security Manager will be responsible for maintaining familiarity with all network and endpoint based security technologies. A primary focus of this position will be working with the Enterprise Information Security team, Network, Server, and Operation Teams, along with the Business to maintain the network and endpoint security software. This position will direct, coordinate, plan, and organize information security activities. Works with practice groups and business departments throughout the hospital, bringing them together to implement controls that reflect workable compromises as well as proactive responses to current and future information security risks. Develops and implements appropriate procedures ensuring quality service is provided and proper security standards are met. Manages and coordinates the activities of assigned staff.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, management information systems or a related discipline preferred or 10 years of IS and/or IS security experience.Ten years of security and/or network experience. Previous management experience including budgeting, planning, supervision of personnel and support of a complex IS infrastructure.Excellent understanding of Incident Response techniques.Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and the associated network protocols and concepts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to present to, and interact effectively with, various system users, staff, leadership and vendors.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.Thrives in a collaborative environment.Flexible ability to juggle multiple priorities in order to meet tight deadlines.
