START YOUR CAREER NOW.The ERP Specialist is responsible for supporting users, training, testing, system improvement, research, and development on our Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (i.e., Syteline) system.Perform user setup including system access maintenance and any admin functionFacilitate, support and deliver training, including but not limited to SRO's, CO's, PO's, TO's, JO's, Contracts, AR/APMonitor, troubleshoot, and support, ERP tickets and end users (from the beginners to experienced users)Develop and implement Integration & training of future acquisitionsServe as subject matter expert on ERP systems and processesIdentify process improvements and system enhancement to support business needsManaging monthly uplift testingContinual User DevelopmentProvide support for any system compliance request such as SOX ComplianceAuditing transactions in the system to ensure accurately of data and reportingBuild strong business relationships that foster a collaborative and trusting approach and partnershipOther duties, as assignedHigh school diploma or work equivalent; BS/BA degree in Business Management, Computer Science (or related field) preferred.2-5+ years Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (i.e., Syteline) end-user experience requiredExperience with Syteline Version 8 or higherKnowledge of Factory Track,IDM, Field Service Plus, Syteline Service App, but not limited to as we improve processes and gain system knowledgeImplementation/Integration experience, in Infor/Syteline or similar ERP SystemsRequired to work both with a team and independentlySaaS/Cloud technical experience is not necessary but a plusMulti-site/Multi-Warehouse experience a mustA strong understanding of inventory processesWorking knowledge of Monthly Uplifts in a SaaS environmentCreation and updating Process & Training Documents for our organizationMaintaining/understanding of SOX compliance & reporting

Providing support to internal and external auditorsRunning adhoc reports for clients and auditors

Monitoring deliverables & ensuring timely completion of projectsProject management experience preferredProficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong attention to detail, accurate, and well organizedCooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environmentWilling to travel to TX, WY, CO, UT, ND, MT, NM, but not limited to these statesWhen not traveling, will be in an office setting, depending on your locationMust have current, valid driver's license and acceptable record at all times
