Job Description:
Responsible for overall project success including but not limited to day-to-day field operations, safety, schedule, and qualityEnforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetingsInvestigate, document, and resolve day-to-day field issuesComplete accurate job and progress reports and other job-related project documentationProvide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress and performance.Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Engineers, and SubcontractorsParticipate in weekly project meetings with Owners and SubcontractorsOrganizing daily activities based on the goals of the project8 hrs/day starting at 7am or 9am (must be flexible to start at either time)Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years Construction Superintendent experience.Ability to work with and knowledge of multiple construction tradesAbility to proficiently work with Microsoft Word and ExcelHave driver's license and own transportationAbility to work all shifts and daysHave a mobile phone

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
