Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Branch Manager to join our team in Boston, United States. In this role, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Assist the Branch Manager in leading and motivating a team of banking professionals to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards
Analyze branch performance metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized financial advice and solutions to meet their needs
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and implement new products or services
Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to promote the bank's brand and services
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the branch's customer base and increase market share
Coach and mentor team members, providing ongoing training and performance feedback
Qualifications:Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and financial products/services
Proficiency in banking software, customer relationship management tools, and MS Office suite
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets
Banking certifications, such as Certified Bank Manager, are preferred but not required
