HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The EDP in Location Planning will have a curiosity to learn, a base foundation for analytics, be comfortable communicating with cross functional teams and be able to extract insights to drive strategic decisions. This candidate should be comfortable with a dynamic work environment where projects and priorities change with the pace of the business and include long term initiatives and quick wins.
This role reports into Merchandise Planning Manager and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.

Drive improved decision making and support, delivering helpful insights for each buy season as it relates to store assortments and space
Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross functional partners and leadership focused on driving profitability and improving the customer experienceCollaborate with Merchandising, Visual, Planning and Allocation to build assortments, aligning product and store format strategies to financial goals(40%): Execute style assignments to stores based on overarching strategies and intentions
Perform admin functionality for the assortment planning system as it relates to store eligibilityAssess pre-season buy roll ups to ensure buy strategy is executed and highlight risks across store formatsPerform in-season ad hoc analysis to recap impact of strategy changes and performance of varying assortmentsWe'd Love to hear from you if:

Results focused and strategic mindset that is detail oriented and organizedAbility to analyze data to problem solve across the organizationBachelor's degreeMinimum cumulative GPA of 3.0(3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start dateMust be able to start in the role full time by June 2025
