Job Overview
iRely is seeking an Events Coordinator to organize and execute industry trade shows and events, serving as a vital link between the Marketing and Sales teams at their Headquarters in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution:Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to define business objectives and strategy for events.Plan events with attention to timelines, budgets, and logistical details.Register for events, coordinate delivery of booth materials, and manage pre-show engagement with prospects.Serve as the on-site lead for booth setup, staffing coordination, and logistics during trade shows.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:Act as a liaison between the Director of Marketing and vendors (booth design, printing, giveaways, etc.).Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and explore new partnerships to support event goals.Post-Event Follow-Up:Collect and upload leads into the lead management system.Evaluate event success, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.Additional Responsibilities:Coordinate at least two Customer Advisory Board meetings annually.Identify and organize relevant industry webinars and additional events.Ensure all activities align with brand and strategy while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.Skills and Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree required (hospitality management, public relations, or a related field preferred).Experience:Minimum of 2 years of professional event coordination experience, ideally in a business setting with increasing responsibilities.Proven track record of organizing successful events and achieving measurable outcomes.Skills & Abilities:Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and vendor management skills.Adaptability and problem-solving skills under pressure.Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations.
