Experience:Minimum 3 years of relevant neuro ICU/IMCU experience.Proficiency with:External Ventricular Drains (EVDs).Lumbar drains.Arterial lines.Experience in handling neuro cases such as post-op day-zero surgeries, acute thrombectomies, administration of TPA, and managing vasoactive infusions.Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic EMR and ability to navigate basic web-based applications.Responsibilities:Provide patient care in a neuro ICU/IMCU setting, managing a variety of neurological and neurosurgical patients.Float between neuro ICU and neuro IMCU as required.Patient Population:18 intermediate beds and 18 general neuroscience beds.Patients include arterial line monitoring, lumbar drains, EVDs, acute thrombectomies, and day-zero neuro post-op cases.Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:3.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.About TalentBurst, Inc
