Your primary responsibility will be to engage in aggressive outbound dialing to generate leads and convert no-sales and missed opportunities into sales over the phone. This role is performance-driven and offers significant compensation based on your results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Aggressively dial out to generate qualified in-home sales leads for Home Comfort Advisors.Lead Conversion:
Follow up on no-sales and missed opportunities to convert them into sales over the phone.Scheduling:
Ensure all leads are dispatched, confirmed, and scheduled effectively.Daily Coordination:
Maintain communication with the sales and dispatch teams to optimize lead distribution.Follow-Up Calls:
Conduct follow-up calls for recent repairs and tune-ups to generate additional sales opportunities.Reporting:
Compile daily reports of sales and lead information to provide updates to management.Requirements:
Experience:
Proven track record in phone sales, particularly in generating leads and closing sales.Skills:
Exceptional phone selling skills, aggressive outbound dialing, and excellent communication abilities.Attitude:
Highly motivated, results-driven, and willing to take ownership of your performance.Location:
Must be based in or to commute to St. Petersburg, FL.Compensation:
