SUMMARY
Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliverand service Carrier, Bryant Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CE offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best in class customer service and valuable, timesaving services that positions CE as an industry leader. With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.
As the BDR, you will be the point of contact for new and existing customers to Carrier Enterprise. This role is critical to the business. Using our sales tools, BDR’s have engaging conversations with our customers to build a virtual relationship that allows them to discover their business challenges, their business requirements and helps them determine the most appropriate solution for their HVAC needs. This is a hybrid role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Makes outbound calls to new existing customers by telephone and/or e-mail to sell HVAC products and solutionsCreate a great first impression with our customers by providing them with an excellent and engaging customer experienceConsistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly sales targetsWork cross-functionally with the Sales Marketing team to support marketing promotions and other sales programs within the region.High-Energy and Strong Networker; ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; investigates and resolves customer problems when needed.Engage our customers with our Digital tools and services which includes websites, apps, and digital marketingEnter customer data and other sales data for new and current customers into Salesforce.com database;Maintain active communications with leads and help them to find relevant information about our solutions that can address their business needsRequirements:
High school or equivalent (Required); AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing or related degree desired1+ years of inside sales experience or call center sales or customer service experience.CRM experience preferably Salesforce.comCustomer-oriented approach with the ability to listen and understand customer needsBilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not requiredQualifications:
