5+ years of experience related to IT procurement/sourcing and contracts management experienceContract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is requiredExperience related to SaaS/hardware/licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts.Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSAComfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contractsExperience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.).
Retail technology experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field)
Background in legal is a plus
