CCTC is seeking an IBHS supervisor will ensure the overall clinical and operational integrity of their clinical team(s). The IBHS Supervisor's primary responsibilities are to lead their respective team(s), manage a health and proactive relationship with children, families and school communities. In addition the IBHS Supervisor will provide ongoing training and supervision of all staff (BHT and BC/MT) within the clinical team. They will ascertain that IBHS staff conduct client-centered case consultations with caregivers, school personnel and outside provides, provides crisis intervention services as needed and behavioral modification strategies.
Requirements:
Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, BSL) Masters or doctorate degree in social work, applied behavior analysis, psychology or a similar master's degree with demonstrated specific course work and experience in behavior modification with children. 3 years' experience providing direct clinical service to children and their families and at least two (2) years post Master's degree of verified experience in the mental health field. The individual will have a working knowledge of best practices in children's mental health. This individual will have strong organizational and leadership skills that serve to support CCTC's mission and vision.
